  1. Avoid like the plague

    • Pros: Pretty
    • Cons: Useless

    I guess you get what you pay for - in this case not much. The motor that drives the scanner light started to fail intermittently after two months of light use and failed completely after five months. The cost of returning to the supplier would have been more than the cost of the scanner so I'm left with another heap of scrap hardware.
