    Poor Quality

    I own this scanner for 1 year and it is already faulty.

    I only used it 5 times. It is a large A3 format and when I adjust it to the super fine resolution it fails to scan the whole image. The first time scans with some satisfied color resolution but it cuts the end of the image. The second time, scans the whole image but the resolution of the color is very poor.
