      Pros: Better colour accuracy, Reasonable looks, Good range of supported slides

      Cons: Dodgy drivers, Very slightly soft focus, Can be slow

      Verdict: Interesting technology, poor implementation. The G4050 is worth considering if you want occasional multi-scans, but not a good choice for batch scanning
