      Lexmark P915

      By Paul Jasper

Pros: Low price, Media card support.

Cons: High ink costs, Slow printing speeds, Disappointing print quality

Verdict: The Lexmark P915 is priced low and includes common features like media card slots and a color LCD, but they don't make up for the poor print quality and expensive consumables.

      Lexmark P915

      By Simon Williams

Review summary: Lexmark printers have always been highly affordable but with the P915 it outdoes itself by offering a colour display, memory card slots and six colour output for less than -75.

Verdict: This is a convenient and well-designed, multifunction printer. It's display and control buttons make it easy to use as a standalone photo printer, but it's at home, too, printing text or images from a PC. Print quality isn't up to the best Canon, ...

Lexmark P915 By SHARRON SCOTT (27/12/2006)
    • Pros: excellent quality
    • Cons: expensive running

I find it cheaper to print my pictures at boots the chemist than to buy cartriges and paper for my lexmark. its the only photo printer i've bought, and i spent alot of time choosing this product. it cost me £100 about a year ago and after replacing the cartridges twice and having very few photos from them i decided to take my memory card to boots. its alot cheaper and doesn't take any wher... Broken after 10 months

    Lexmark P915 By Anonymous (19/09/2006)
    • Pros: Worked ok when in operation
    • Cons: Broken, quite expensive cartridges, poor customer service

I got this printer in December 2005. I didn't use it a great deal, and in August 2006 it needed its first new colour cartridge.

I refilled the cartridge for £22 at Smart Cartridge, when I put it into the printer I got cartridge error message. If either of the cartridges is not in and working correctly the printer won't work at all.

Thinking that it must have been a poor quality refill ... Read Full Review »

    Cheap and Nasty

    Lexmark P915 By Anonymous (26/09/2005)
    • Pros: None
    • Cons: Bad print, cheap build, Well over priced, never again

Problems from the start. my prints where not straight and I wasted more ink on maintaining this unit than putting on paper. I now have put this in the bin and will move to a newer better brand. (HP) Read Full Review »
