CONSTANT REALIGNMENT

  • Pros: one of the cheaper color printers
  • Cons: malfunctioning after only 1 year, uses too much ink, poor quality pics

After a mere year of owning this product, I find that I am unable to realign the printer heads enough to actually get a quality black ink printed page. I have purchased more than 20 replacement ink cartridges, and go through them very quickly. I do not do much home printing at all. Now, the black ink is no longer in alignment so all my pictures look grainy and no matter how much I re-align the printer heads, it will not get back to "normal." I will never buy EPSON again! It's manufactured obsolescence!
