      Epson Stylus Photo R265

      Review summary: Printers have risen in quality and declined so much in price in recent years that it's easy to forget that a colour Apple StyleWriter used to cost several hundred pounds. Now, for just £90, you get six-ink photo printing.

      Pros: Borderless six-ink printing, Only need to replace the inks you use, Print on CDs and DVDs, Extremely vibrant colours

      Cons: Black text printing not the best, Photo print quality sometimes lacking

      Verdict: Good value for money - though you may want to spend more for top quality results
