      Review summary: A printer for -30! Epson shows how it's done, albeit rather slowly and noisily.

      Review summary: We all like a bargain and on the surface this seems like a great one. But the cost of a printer needs to be weighed against its running costs. For this model, a new set of inks will set you back around £25

      Pros: Very cheap, Acceptable quality

      Cons: Slow, Very noisy, Install process convoluted, New inks cost almost as much as printer

    • Pros: Basic, but cheap. Very good text and photographic printing
    • Cons: Very noisy in use.

    I bought the Epson Stylus D92 for several reasons. Low Price £29.95, compact size, cheap replacement ink cartridges and it did all the basics that you expect from a printer very well. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles that are available on some printers today then forget the D92. It is very much a basic printer.
