- Pros: TOTAL RELIABILITY; speed; duplexing; cost - machine and printing
- Cons: Large size & collossal weight; photo-output quality not great; A4 only
We have had a number of these machines installed throuhgout our Sixth-Form College since 2004. They have a monthly throughput running into hundreds of thousands of copies EACH and yet, in all that time, there has not been a single breakdown - quite remarkable.

- Pros: None - printer not usable
- Cons: Everything - printer not usable!
A friendly warning to office managers everywhere - on no account order this printer! Dell have serious manufacturing issues with this item and, basically, it does not fit together out of the box. We ordered two of them and both had the same problems. The manufacturing tolerances are out - not by a little but by several mms - so you can't assemble it. Dell gave us our money back.
