Canon Selphy CP740 compact photo printer

      By Melissa Riofrio

Review summary: It's slow and a bit clunky, but the Canon Selphy CP740's photo prints look smooth.

Verdict: Although the Canon Selphy CP740 falls short in various small ways - whether it's the clunky paper tray, the small omissions in the documentation, or the slow print times - it does print a good photo. Its acquisition and supply prices are reasonable, ...

      Canon Selphy CP750

Review summary: When you have a company like Canon producing cameras as good as the IXUS range, you would bank on its photo printers having some kind of magical gizmology too. But for our money, HP and Epson have always trumped Canon on both print quality and features

Pros: Quick prints, LCD screen, Multitude of connection options

Cons: Over-saturated prints, Random spots of odd colour, Stingy ink and paper starter pack

Verdict: The colour is off on prints - and it shows. We struggled with the onboard menu too

Review summary: canon selphy cp740 review: The Canon Selphy CP740 offers a decent feature package and quality prints for an inexpensive compact photo printer. Casual snapshooters will be satisfied with this, but users who need more features should look elsewhere.

Pros: Inexpensive, Good quality prints, Very easy to use, Retractable USB cable is a nice touch

Cons: Prints slightly slower than the competitions', Very limited onboard editing features, Photo colours need a bit of improvement

      Canon - SELPHY CP740

Review summary: The digital age has altered forever the way we take and view photos, not least because of the speed at which the final image can be produced and then passed on to other media. Photojournalists can ...

Verdict: The SELPHY CP740 is light, compact, easy to use and cool, but its outstanding picture quality is slightly marred by the awkward loading process every time you're preparing your photos.
