      Pros: Ultra thin and ultra light second battery included in price built-in wireless networking

      Cons: Moderate performance limited battery life with primary battery only

      Verdict: Toshiba's Portégé 2000 sets a new standard for ultra-thin sub-2kg notebooks. Frequent travellers and mobile aesthetes will probably accept its moderate performance in exchange for its 'wow' factor.

      Toshiba Portégé 2000 series review

      Pros: Very thin and light ; built-in Wi-Fi ; second battery included in price

      Cons: Middling performance ; primary battery conks out early ; extremely limited configuration options

      Verdict: It's still one of the thinnest and lightest systems around, but the Port駩 2000 is in need of an update.
