      Review summary: 3DMark 2001 and 2003 were scored at 5,830 and 1,532 while Quake 3 and Serious Sam returned equally impressive numbers of 115.4fps and 122.4fps respectively. Battery life at one hour and 30 minutes was very respectable.

      Verdict: The HP Compaq NC6000's combination of features, performance and aggressive pricing left the other contenders in this group test in the dust.
