Dell Latitude D610
Review summary: it's very much par for the second-generation Centrino course
Cons: Poor value, Lack of any real bite
Verdict: As for the image quality of the unit's own 14.1-inch LCD display, however, we've some serious dirt to dish. Unfortunately, it's the worst kind of old-school LCD panel. Colours are washed out with poor contrast, while viewing angles can only be ...

Pros: Screen shows very good contrast. Excellent wireless performance.
Cons: OpenManage suite lacks integration (you have to launch each component separately).
Verdict: The Dell Latitude D610 strikes a good balance by offering the latest technology within a very luggable 5.4-pound frame. We also like that it comes with four USB ports (up from two in the previous model) and a host of other features.

Battery works fine although I haven't had to use it many times as I'm always...
