Pros: Great controller, Great controller, Friendly interface, HDMI output
Cons: Noisy fan remains from previous versions, Noisy fan remains from previous versions, Nothing to tempt existing owners
Verdict: Console gaming in 2007 doesn't get much better than this.

Pros: Excellent AV performance, Improved value for money
Cons: Extra HD DVD drive isn't black, Average CD playback
Verdict: The best Xbox option for newbies. Its media extender capabilities are simply awesome
