      Altec Lansing 2100

      By Ameya Dalvi

Review summary: Just a week back, I reviewed the Altec Lansing 5100 speakers. It scored well in both its aesthetics and sound. Now I have with me its younger brother, called 2100. Letùs check if it can put up a show as impressive as the 5.1-channel speaker system.

Cons: Adaptor, Subwoofer not magnetically shielded, Satellites need a bit more power, Subwoofer level knob behind subwoofer, Remote lacks bass and treble options, Depending on what connected to, may not be clear enough

Verdict: :Overall, I came away with a very good impression. Altec Lansing has done it yet again providing a very good 2.1 speaker set. The sound was very good with good highs and good lows. Depending on what the Altec's were connected to, it did well. Some ...
