      Pros: Great price. Component and composite inputs. Comes with DVI-to-HDMI cable. Very bright.

      Cons: HDMI input is poorly placed. Gamma curve is off. No USB ports or side inputs. Lackluster on-screen display menus.

      Verdict: This is by far the most affordable 28-inch PC monitor we've seen, but it performs like it, too.
