      Hewlett-Packard L1908w

      Pros: Rugged design

      Cons: Doesn't have a digital DVI connector -- only RGB is included, poor viewing angles

      Verdict: It's undoubtedly no stunner on hardware, but the HP L1908w's specifications are palatable given the price tag. And this screen is all about that price.
