      Acer AL2616WD

      Pros: Sharp pictures, minimal noise, fast response time, lots of real-estate

      Cons: Some minor over-saturation of reds and yellows, slight contrast issues

      Verdict: The image quality of the Acer AL2616WD is quite close to being flawless and considering the size and price this is a bargain purchase for anyone looking to take their PC display to the next level.

      Acer AL2216W LCD Monitor

      Pros: 22-inch screen, 5ms response time, Good build, Good color reproduction, Video presets.

      Cons: No DVI-D port, Mismatch in the HCR test, Contrast could have been better.

      Verdict: The Acer AL2216W is available for Rs.19,999 with a 3-year on-site warranty. Another version of this monitor is also available with a VGA and DVI-D (w/HDCP) for around 500 bucks more. I'll definitely suggest the latter, but in case you don't have a ...

      Review summary: A reasonable quality display, but few extras for the price.

      Verdict: We noticed a dark patch in the backlight in one corner, and the slightly mottled surface of the screen makes everything look a little grainy. Maximum brightness was a little dim considering Acer quotes 300cd/m2, which matches the majority here. ...
