Price competitive site, let down by poor

Price competitive site, let down by poor after sales service. My hands free unit failed and despite many assurances stretching over 6 months, no replacement ever appeared. So if you use this firm, hope whatever you buys works and keeps on working! Read Full Review »

DON'T DEAL WITH DATAKITS LTD.

I ordered a digital radio on the 14th December 2006 on the understanding that it would be delivered no later than the 19th December’. Yes it was an xmas present.

Easy to order, but item didn t arrive within promised timescales. Customer care reasonable but not great .
Apparently the blame lies with Parcel Force. Not good enough. No compensation offered. Doubt I ll use them again. Pity.
