    I bought a clearance item from them, My Banks fraud department froze the payment and when i chased it and sorted it, they took payment for the computer. I phoned them 4 days later chasing and then they told me that they had sold the computer and there were no more available.   7. When ording 1st time comfirmation page

    When ording 1st time comfirmation page did not display. I phoned the number given on the web page but was given the run around hence the low score on customer care.

    2nd try all went smoothly. Email confirmations were fine and timely. Delivery was next day even through I requested 2-3 days.
