JVC LCD TV advertised at £599 (about £40 below rest on Kelkoo) with stock available. Order placed and accepted. Subsequently phoned me to say that no stock and offered to sell me another brand where the price was not competitive. I used this store to order a television for my mother-in-law, not only did they fail to deliver the item on more than two occassions ( this i later discovered was done to availability ), when i phoned to find out where the tv was they were rude, put the phone down on me on more than one occassion, refused to put me through to the manager, and when i did get to speak to the manager he could give me... I got my order shipped to ireland, they charged me over double the price that Parcleforce charged. Getting the order send to a different address to your billing address is a hassle, you have to fax them your address on headed paper! I found this merchant on Kelkoo. They were the cheapest I'd found for the Sony PC55 digital mini camcorder in Black (even on e-bay imports)so I ordered from them. It was easy to order and I did so around 1pm. The item arrived the next day. Fantastic. Read Full Review »

Radio arrived promptly -
BUT all it was wrapped in was what appeared to be a bin liner, and badly at that. The bin liner didn't even cover all the box and the tape pulled off part of the box's surface. That's another thing - there was no outer packaging, just the product box, so it arrived completely battered - great for giving as a present huh? Haven't checked yet if it works as ...
